SALUTE stands for Size, Actions, Location, Uniform, Time, Equipment.
Robin Bloomgarden (KEPW Newsday): Hello. We have just received a flyer about how to spot ICE in your neighborhood. And ICE, in case you don’t know, stands for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (which are the people running around doing bad things). So I’m going to read this flyer:
Be a neighbor, protect a neighbor: How to defend your community from ICE.
And then the top part says, ‘How to spot ICE in your neighborhood.’
