Wind gusts of up to 45 mph are expected in the Eugene Springfield area from 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, to 6 a.m. Wednesday. South winds 20 to 25 mph are expected.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects such as garbage cans and other objects that can easily blow around.
